All investments carry a degree of risk. Returns are not guaranteed, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. User Registration and KYC Compliance

To use our services, users must:

• Create an account on the Zilla Funds platform.

• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by law.

• Agree to provide accurate and updated identification documents.

Zilla Funds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or fail verification checks.

4. Investment Terms

• Minimum investment: $50 USDT

• Maximum investment: $10,000 USDT (unless stated otherwise)

• Investments can be made in specific portfolio categories as available on the platform.

• Users may track performance and request withdrawals subject to applicable terms and lock-in periods, where applicable.

Zilla Funds reserves the right to change investment limits, portfolio availability, or product offerings at any time.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

• All deposits and withdrawals are made in USDT only.

• Users must use verified wallet addresses for transactions.

• Withdrawals are processed within a stated timeframe (typically 24–72 hours) depending on the portfolio and compliance checks.

We are not liable for losses due to incorrect wallet addresses or network errors outside our control.

6. Risk Disclosure

Investments in financial markets involve risks, including the potential loss of principal. By using Zilla Funds, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Returns are subject to market conditions.

• Crypto markets are volatile and unpredictable.

• Real estate and traditional markets may also underperform.

• Zilla Funds does not offer financial advice or portfolio guarantees.

We encourage all users to invest only what they can afford to lose.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Use two-factor authentication (2FA) and take all reasonable precautions to protect your account.
  Zilla Funds is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence.

• Impersonation or identity theft

• Uploading false documents or personal information

• Harming the platform’s infrastructure or users in any way

Violation may result in suspension, legal action, or termination of your account.

Zilla Funds Limited is not liable for:

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you invested with us.

12. Termination

• Terminate or suspend your account without notice for breach of terms
